Alessandra Ambrosio displays her model legs in racy slashed gown as she steps out for a post-red carpet dinner following Cannes launch

She joined a legion of supermodels on the red carpet earlier in the night.

And later on, Alessandra Ambrosio headed out for a glamorous dinner in the midst of the start of the 72nd annual Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday.

The 38-year-old Brazilian beauty looked incredible in a clinging rust-coloured gown which clung to every inch of her figure while a slash along the extent of her entire leg meant her lithe pins were on display for all to see.

Alessandra looked incredible as she stepped out in the clinging dress which was designed to display her stunning figure to perfection.

While the top was covered up and featured long sleeves and a polo-neck, the base featured a racy slash which gave a glimpse of her endless legs.

Ensuring she kept out any chill, she held a nude shawl over her arm while making her way out of the lavish eatery among the fellow attendees of the event.

Adding in metallic, strappy heels, she boosted her already statuesque height to add to the sleek and flawless look with aplomb.

Her brunette tresses were coiffed into a stylish beehive with lengthy tresses falling over her shoulders while her make-up was flawless.

Absent from her night out on the town was her current beau, Nicolo Oddi, who founded and runs the Italian knitwear brand Alanui.

The two were first linked together in July 2018, when they were seen getting close at the HQ2 Nightclub in Atlantic City, New Jersey, according to Page Six.

'The two were very affectionate with each other, kissing and, when she wasn't dancing, they had their arms around each other,' a source told the site at the time.

Since then, the two have been nearly inseparable. Prior to that, Alessandra was engaged to the father of her children, Jamie Mazur, for ten years.

The couple split in March of last year, though they reportedly have an amicable relationship due to their two shared children Anja, 10, and Noah, six.
